How to Replace Your Glass
- Empty the tank fully and give it a rinse in warm water, then dry it.
- Unscrew the top cap and the base to separate the tank sections.
- Slide the old glass out, checking that both O-rings stay seated in the caps.
- Slide the new glass into place, making sure it sits flush against the O-rings.
- Screw the base and top cap back on hand-tight, refill and check for leaks before vaping.

Q: Will Zeus glass fit the Aero Mesh?
A: No. The Zeus and Aero Mesh use different tubes despite being from the same brand.
Q: Does it work with the Super Mesh coils?
A: Yes. The glass has no effect on coil fitment.
Q: Should I replace the O-rings too?
A: Only if they look flattened, split or perished. Fresh O-rings are worth fitting if the tank has seen heavy use.
